As part of my redefining myself I have chosen to move my blog over to victorasteinza.com. It just has a blog, resume, and contact info on it for now. I am planning on adding a projects section for my personal projects that I have in the pipeline, as well as a photo section to display, you guessed it, my photos.
I have taken the time to move all my blog entries from civrot.org to victorasteinza.com. You will find the same blog entires under the same url, just a different domain.
Not sure what I am going to do with civrot.org, but I am not taking it down just yet. I just wont be publishing to it anymore.
If you are reading this on civrot.org head on over to victorasteinza.com and check out the new digs.
If you are reading this through the feed change the feed to this one.
If you are reading this from victorasteinza.com, welcome.

I am assuming that everyone goes through phases in their life where they redefine who they are, or who they would like to be. I have slowly been doing that over the past couple of months, starting with me leaving Xerox.

I grew up in New York where when one would order a bagel it would come “cut in half” by default. Now let me explain by what I mean by that. When one orders a bagel with cream cheese the person behind the counter slices the bagel horizontally open and spreads cream cheese on it. In most places, but not all, they then wrap the bagel in parchment paper and cut the bagel in half vertically, and then wrap it again in another parchment paper. So one would end up with a bagel that is sliced with cream cheese in the middle and two “half circles” of a bagel. I confirmed with various friends and family members that still live in the East coast, and they confirmed that this is still the case. In fact one does not have to request for it to be cut in half again, it just comes that way. Most of them were a little baffled why I was asking this question. Let me explain.
